Privacy Notice
We collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we delete it once it is no longer needed. This page sets out the details required by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
In short
- We collect your details only when you fill in a form. We do not track how you browse.
- This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
- We never sell, rent or trade your data.
- Data that is no longer needed is deleted automatically on the schedule in section 4.

2. What we collect, and why
We collect what you type into our forms, plus the technical details our server records for security. This table is everything this website collects — there is nothing beyond it.
| Where from | What is collected | Why | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quotation request form | Name, company, email, phone, message, and the shipment details you enter (origin, destination, commodity, HS code, cargo value), together with your IP address and the language you were using. | To price and prepare your quotation, to contact you about it, and to carry out the shipment if you go ahead. | Consent, and necessity for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. |
| Contact form | Name, email, phone, subject, message, IP address and the page you sent it from. | To answer your question and reply to you. | Consent. |
| Newsletter sign-up | Email address, chosen language and the IP address used to sign up. | To send articles and updates on customs clearance and international freight. | Consent. |
| Server records | IP address, browser type, time of access and pages opened. | To detect and prevent attacks on the website, and to meet the traffic-log retention required by Thailand's Computer Crime Act. | Legitimate interest, and legal obligation. |
What we do not collect
This website never asks for or stores national ID numbers, dates of birth, bank account numbers, card details, or the sensitive categories listed in section 26 of the PDPA such as race, religion, health records or biometric data. Where a shipment genuinely requires identity documents, we request them through a more secure channel, not through a web form.
3. Who we share it with
Data you submit through this website is stored on the company's own servers and is reachable only by staff who need it for their work.
- We never sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for marketing.
- If you go ahead with a shipment, we have to pass your contact details and cargo information to the parties involved in that job — the Thai Customs Department, shipping lines, airlines, destination agents and insurers — to the extent needed to clear and move the goods.
- We may disclose data where required by a court order, a subpoena, or another lawful request from a government authority.
- Data submitted through this website is not transferred outside Thailand, except for the shipment case in item 2 above where the destination is overseas, which is a transfer necessary to perform our contract with you.
4. How long we keep it
We do not keep data longer than we need it. The system clears what is due automatically — nobody has to remember to run it. The figures below are read from the system's actual settings rather than typed into this page, so they always match what the system really does.
| Data | Kept for | What happens then |
|---|---|---|
| Quotation requests and contact details | 36 months | Name, email, phone, company, message and IP address are permanently removed. Only the route and commodity type remain, which identify nobody, so historical figures stay intact. |
| Contact-form messages | 24 months | Name, email, phone, subject, message body and IP address are permanently removed. |
| Newsletter email addresses | Until you unsubscribe | Deleted as soon as you unsubscribe. An address that signs up but never clicks the confirmation link is deleted within 90 days, because consent was never actually given. |
| System access records | 12 months | Deleted in full. |
If your enquiry becomes a job for which a tax invoice or accounting document is issued, Thai revenue law requires that document to be kept for five years. That is a legal obligation we cannot set aside, and it sits outside the periods in the table above.
5. Cookies
This website sets exactly one cookie.
- Cookie name
logix_session- Purpose
- Remembers whether you chose Thai or English, and protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
- Lifetime
- Expires when you close your browser
There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookie and no third-party script tracking your behaviour on this site. That is why you see no cookie consent banner — there is no cookie to ask about.
Counting visitors
We count page views to see which pages people actually read, using software running on the company’s own server rather than an external provider. It sets no cookies, creates no identifier that follows you between sites, and stores nothing that identifies you. What it records is how many times a page was opened, a broad device type, and which site linked to us.
6. How we protect it
- The whole site is served over HTTPS, so what you type cannot be read in transit.
- Data is held on company servers in Thailand, not with an external cloud provider.
- Back-office access requires a sign-in, and every view or change is recorded with who did it and when.
- The forms are rate-limited and screened for automated submissions, so they cannot be flooded with fabricated entries.
7. Your rights
The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 gives you the rights below. Exercising them is free, and we will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
Access your data
Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
Correct it
Have inaccurate or out-of-date information corrected.
Have it erased
Ask us to delete your data, except for anything the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw consent at any time. Doing so does not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew it.
Object to its use
Object to us using your data for a particular purpose, such as sending you updates.
Restrict its use
Ask us to pause our use of your data while we check its accuracy or consider an objection.
Take it with you
Receive your data in a machine-readable file, or have it sent to another data controller.
Complain
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
8. How to exercise a right
Email the address below, say which right you want to exercise, and write from the address you originally used on the form.
Why we verify who you are
We will confirm you are the person the data belongs to before acting. If we deleted data because someone else asked, we would be destroying a third party's records without their knowledge. Replying from the email address you originally used is usually enough.
When we will reply
Within 30 days of receiving a verified request. If the matter is complex and needs longer, we will tell you and explain why.
What we cannot delete
Copies held in backups remain until that backup set expires on its normal cycle, and accounting documents the law requires us to keep for five years cannot be deleted early. Where this applies to your request, we will tell you in writing and explain why.
9. Changes to this notice
If we revise this notice, we will update the date at the top of the page and publish the new version here. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give you notice through an appropriate channel before it takes effect.
